Chickpeas & Mixed Veg Wrap

  1. Add olive oil to the pan and throw in onions, cauliflower, sprouts, courgette, red bell pepper and mushrooms.
  2. While veg is frying - wash and drain the cooked chickpeas and then add it to the mix.
  3. Add a vegetable stock cube for extra taste.
  4. Bring some lettuce leaves to accompany the food and make a wrap (and they are also useful as spoons..).
  5. And enjoy!
