Bulghur Wheat Recipe

• 2/3 c. Water
• 1/3 c. Bulghur Wheat, simmer, covered till liquid absorbed
• 2 Tbsp. Cashews,
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly yogur(low-fat) pour over bulghur wheat and Cook 5 min more.
• 1 x Banana, sliced
