AMIEs Lychee JELLY with Pomegranate
- 25 grams jelly powder mix (lychee flavor)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 100 grams white sugar
- 1 pc. of medium pomegranate
- 1500 ml water (acqua)
- Boil jelly powder in water until dissolved.
- Add condensed milk, and sugar.
- Dissolve completely.
- Combine pomegranate.
- Stir well.
- Remove casserole from heat.
- Strain into molds and allow to cool.
- When jelly is firm enough to cut, refrigerate for at least 2 hours for faster setting.
- Serve, share and enjoy!
