AMIEs Lychee JELLY with Pomegranate

  1. Boil jelly powder in water until dissolved.
  2. Add condensed milk, and sugar.
  3. Dissolve completely.
  4. Combine pomegranate.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Remove casserole from heat.
  7. Strain into molds and allow to cool.
  8. When jelly is firm enough to cut, refrigerate for at least 2 hours for faster setting.
  9. Serve, share and enjoy!
