Fruit Fool

  1. Cut the fruit into quarters removing skin and core.
  2. Cut these into slices and put in a small pan with water.
  3. Simmer until fruit is soft, then remove heat.
  4. Stir in sugar.
  5. Then make the custard.
  6. Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour it all into tall glasses or shallow dishes.
  8. Decorate with grated chocolate.
