Macadamia Chocolate Bites

  1. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate and butter (or margarine).
  2. Stir over very low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Rice Bubbles, icing sugar and nuts.
  4. Roll mixture firmly into small balls and place in patty cases.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. In a small pan, melt choc bits and copha over low heat.
  7. Cool this chocolate mixture slightly and spoon, drizzle lightly or pipe finely over the small balls.
  8. Chill.
