Reduced-Fat Strawberry-Vanilla Shortcut

  1. Toss strawberries with sugar; let stand 10 min.
  2. or until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Meanwhile, cut each cake slice diagonally in half.
  4. Place 1 cake piece on each of 12 dessert dishes.
  5. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk in medium bowl 2 min.
  6. Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP.
  7. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  8. strawberries over each cake piece; top with 1/4 cup pudding and second cake piece.
  9. Cover with remaining strawberries and remaining COOL WHIP.
  10. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
