Marinated Grilled Chicken Taco Salad

  1. Mix oil and taco seasoning mix.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of the seasoned oil over chicken in shallow dish; turn chicken over to evenly coat.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  8. on each side or until done (165F).
  9. Cool slightly; cut into slices.
  10. Arrange salad greens, avocados and tomatoes on 4 individual plates; top with chicken.
  11. Drizzle with remaining seasoned oil; sprinkle with cheese.
