Beef Paprika

  1. cook meat in frying pan, do not drain
  2. add onions & garlic when meat is almost done cooking
  3. when meat is cooked, add the water & spices
  4. cover, and simmer until meat is tender, about 2-3 hrs
  5. serve over egg noodles or rice
