Beef Paprika
- 2 lb beef chunks
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3/4 cup katchup
- 2 tbsp worshershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 dash ceyenne pepper
- 2 cup water
- cook meat in frying pan, do not drain
- add onions & garlic when meat is almost done cooking
- when meat is cooked, add the water & spices
- cover, and simmer until meat is tender, about 2-3 hrs
- serve over egg noodles or rice
