Sweet & White Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Heat evaporated milk, bouillon cubes, onion powder and thyme in a large skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil and bouillon is dissolved.
  2. Add potatoes.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Cover; reduce heat to low.
  5. Cook, rearranging potatoes gently and occasionally, for 35-40 mins or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese; serve immediately.
