Sherried Berry Sauce

• 1 cup strawberry, sliced
• 1 cup raspberries
• 3 tablespoons sherry wine
• 2 teaspoons sugar

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Use the back of a spoon to push the puree through a sieve.
3. Discard seeds.
4. Drizzle over ice cream or cheesecake.
