Zesty Beet Salad with Chicken

  1. Toss vegetables, beets, artichokes and onions in large bowl.
  2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. Place 3/4-cup portions of vegetable mixture on each plate; top with 1 chicken piece.
