Black Bean and Edamame Sliders

  1. Bring small pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add edamame, and cook 10 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Process garlic in food processor until minced.
  5. Add edamame, black beans, chipotle chile, cilantro, 1 Tbs.
  6. barbecue sauce, cumin, and salt.
  7. Process until mixture forms coarse paste.
  8. Heat oil in saucepan over medium-low heat.
  9. Add edamame mixture, and heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
  10. Spoon 1 Tbs.
  11. barbecue sauce onto each bottom bun.
  12. Top with bean mixture, cheese, and top buns.
