Raspberry-Hazelnut Cordial Crepes with Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling

  1. Pour liqueur over berries; let stand 30 min.
  2. Mix cream cheese, chocolate and sugar until well blended.
  3. Spoon into pastry bag.
  4. Warm crepes; fill each with 2 oz.
  5. (60 g) cream cheese mixture and 1/4 cup (50 mL) berries.
  6. Fold into a triangle.
  7. Serve 2 crepes stacked together on a plate, sprinkled with 1/2 tsp.
  8. (2 mL) powdered sugar and 2 tsp.
  9. (10 mL) nuts.
