Carob Banana Ice Cream

• 12 cup heavy cream
• 12 cup milk
• 10 very ripe bananas
• 1 12 cups chopped apricots
• 13 cup chatfield's carob powder

1. Blend bananas and dairy until creamy.
2. Add apricots and carob and blend again.
3. Chill until almost solid.
4. Remove from freezer and process in ice-cream maker as directed.
