Pie Crust And Butterscotch Pie Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1 c. Crisco
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• 1/2 c. cool water

1. Work flour, salt and baking pwdr into Crisco till pea-sized then work in egg, water and vinegar.
