Tiramisu Tartlets
- 1 pkg (255 g) frozen mini tart shells (18)
- 1-1/2 cup (375) Tre Stelle Mascarpone
- 1 tbsp. (15) coffee liqueur (Kahlua
- Tia Maria)
- 2 tbsp. (30) brown sugar
- 2 squares dark chocolate, melted
- cocoa for garnish if desired
- Bake 12 unfilled tart shells in an oven according to directions on package.
- In a medium bowl combine Mascarpone, coffee liqueur and brown sugar; stir until combined and set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spoon teaspoonfuls of melted chocolate into the bottom of each baked tart shell.
- Top with spoonfuls of Mascarpone mixture.
- Sift cocoa over each just before serving.
- Makes 12 tartlets
