Chips and Mango Salsa

  1. Cut 6 tortillas into quarters; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  2. In 3 batches, place tortillas between 2 paper towels on microwave-safe large plate in single layer.
  3. Microwave on High 2 minutes or until crisp.
  4. In medium bowl, stir mango, cucumber, lime juice, lime peel, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and cayenne.
