Orzo and Vegetables

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo, 6 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli to pot and cook 4-5 minutes longer.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, scallions, oil, vinegar, garlic salt, pepper and chicken to the pot, tossing well.
  5. Serve on mixed salad greens.
