Baked Filet Of Sole Recipe
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, (4oz)
- 1/2 c. Pecan pcs
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted Salt and pepper
- 5 1/2 lb Sole filets
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Fine bread crumbs Parsley and lemon slices
- Saute/fry mushrooms in melted butter till mushrooms are lightly browned.
- Stir in minced pecans; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spread mix on filets.
- Roll tightly and skewer with toothpicks.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt.
- Dip fish in egg mix then roll in bread crumbs.
- Place in well greased 8" square baking dish.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
- 4-6 serv.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
