Pepperbellys
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Bush's Chili Magic, Texas Medium Flavor
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes (with Or Without Chiles)
- 9 ounces, weight Fritos (or Other Type Corn Chips)
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese (or Other Variety)
- 1 bunch Lettuce, Shredded (optional)
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped (optional)
- 4 ounces, weight Sour Cream (optional)
- Brown ground beef and drain fat.
- In a large saucepan, combine browned beef, Bushs Chili Magic, and diced tomatoes.
- Cook until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer Fritos, cheese, and chili.
- Top with additional Fritos and/or cheese, as well as optional toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream.
- If you have more time, you could make this using your favorite homemade chili recipe.
- Ive also been known to substitute Doritos for Fritos.
