Coronado Salad Ring

• 1 package jello lime
• 1 package jello lemon
• 2 cups water hot
• 10 ounces cottage cheese
• 1 can pineapple crushed
• 23 cup walnuts chopped
• 1 cup pastry cream not whipped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon horseradish

1. Dissolve the jellos in hot water.
2. Add remaining ingredients in the order given.
3. Place in ring mold and refrigerate until firm.
4. When ready to serve, unmold onto a platter and fill center with fresh strawberries.
