My Favorite Sloppy Joes
- 1 package Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cups Diced Onion
- 1/2 cups Diced Green Or Red Bell Pepper
- 1 can Sloppy Joe Sauce
- Buns
- Cook Kashi grains according to package directions (boil in 2 cups water or broth, cook on medium for 25 minutes).
- While Kashi cooks, brown ground turkey in a large skillet with diced onion and bell pepper.
- Add cooked Kashi to skillet and combine all with your favorite Sloppy Joe sauce.
- Serve on a multi-grain bun with a bit of your favorite cheese.
