My Favorite Sloppy Joes

  1. Cook Kashi grains according to package directions (boil in 2 cups water or broth, cook on medium for 25 minutes).
  2. While Kashi cooks, brown ground turkey in a large skillet with diced onion and bell pepper.
  3. Add cooked Kashi to skillet and combine all with your favorite Sloppy Joe sauce.
  4. Serve on a multi-grain bun with a bit of your favorite cheese.
