Tuna Or Chicken Roll Ups Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and butter; add in diced water chestnuts and cook for about 3 min.
  2. Remove from heat and add in lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, bread crumbs, beaten egg, cheese, pepper and tuna or possibly chicken.
  3. Roll up in crescent roll, starting at wide end.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  5. Preparation: 15 min.
  6. Cooking: 15 min.
  7. Very easy recipe.
  8. Yields 16 sandwiches.
