Apple Cookies

  1. Cream together sugars and shortening.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
  4. Fold in apples, nuts, and raisins.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 325 about 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
