Fruitcake with Ginger Cream Cheese

  1. In a bowl stir together the cream cheese, softened, and the gingerroot and chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  2. Spread the ginger cream cheese on the fruitcake.
  3. Makes about 1/2 cup ginger cream cheese.
