Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook 1 to 2 min.
  5. or until fragrant.
  6. Add garam masala, cumin and turmeric; cook and stir 30 sec.
  7. Stir in tomatoes and water until well blended.
  8. Add chicken; stir until coated.
  9. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  11. Add cream cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Garnish with cilantro.
