Sausage Cornbread Stuffing

  1. Heat oven to 325F Spray 10-inch ovenproof skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Heat over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and sausage; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
  4. Add stuffing mix, pecans, parsley, sage and thyme to sausage mixture; mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in broth to moisten.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
