Roasted Pork With Chickpea Stew
- 1 each cup of black bean , red bean and chickpea
- 1 tbsp garlic and shallot mince
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp chop fresh coriander leaf
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder and thyme
- 1 tsp tobasco sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup cooked roasted pork
- 2 cup tomato sauce
- 5 slice ham
- little oil brown garlic and shallot till fragrant then add roasted pork
- put all ingredient in preasure cooker on high for 40 minute
- (another option )if cooking in pot in low heat simmer for 2 or more hour till bean are soft
- serve warm great with white rice
