Courtney's Vegetarian Chili
- 1 (312 g) package Yve's veggie ground round
- 796 ml diced tomatoes
- 2 (398 ml) dark red kidney beans
- 398 ml baked beans in tomato sauce
- 540 ml chickpeas
- 341 ml corn niblets
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 35 g chili powder
- In slow cooker add all ingredients, stir, on low heat for atleast 4 hours, the longer it is able to simmer the better.
- Check after 4 hours, then about 1 hour after that if leaving longer.
