Pina Coloda Cake

  1. Prepare and bake cake according to package directions in 9x13inch pan.
  2. Poke holes in cake with end of wooden spoon or fork.
  3. In a bowl mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Pour over cake.
  5. Add crushed pineapple if desired.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and then coconut.
  7. Chill.
