Canadian Baked Woodcock Recipe

  1. Split each bird, then dip into lowfat milk and dredge with seasoned flour.
  2. Brown in melted butter.
  3. Arrange in a shallow casserole and cover with sweet or possibly lowfat sour cream.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min, or possibly till tender.
