Baked Oatmeal Apple Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat 8" baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Toss chopped apple with 1/2 of the cinnamon and set aside.
  4. Combine all wet ingredients.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss together the dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in the apples and add wet ingredients.
  7. Mix just until well combined.
  8. Pour into 8" square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
  9. Can also be made in 6 large muffin cups.
  10. Reduce baking time to 18-20 minutes.
  11. Keeps well in refrigerator or freezer.
