  1. start by soaking the pine nuts for at least one hour until they are soft.
  2. drain the water and add them to a food processor.
  3. add all other ingredients to the food processor and pulse for a minute or two, until well mixed.
  4. thats all!
  5. simply toss into a salad, traditionally made of romaine lettuce and croutons, maybe garnished with slices or tomato, lemon, or avocado.
  6. i used black kale and it complimented the dark leafy green well.
