Radishes with Sweet Cream Butter

  1. Slice radishes thinly, a mandolin is very helpful.
  2. Liberally slather sliced bread with the unsalted butter and layer with the radishes.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt (chopped chives are lovely, too) and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
