Grilled Hoisin Chicken
- 1-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- Cayenne pepper
- 2-1/2 to 3 lb. lb. chicken pieces
- In a small saucepan, cook onions in oil till tender, but not brown.
- Stir in Hoisin sauce and the other ingredients.
- Blend well then thin with water.
- Marinate chicken overnight in sauce, meat side down.
- Grill to your liking.
