Asian-Sesame Beef Skillet
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. beef flank steak, cut into thin strips Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups chopped bok choy cabbage
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- Cook rice as directed on package, omitting butter and salt.
- Meanwhile, cook soy sauce and oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.
- Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
- or until done.
- Add vegetables and dressing; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Serve over rice.
