Apricot And Walnut Stuffing Recipe

  1. Place the breadcrumbs, apricots, walnuts, lemon zest and juice, parsley, egg and seasoning in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. Use as required to stuff a bird or possibly cook separately in a preheated oven 200 C/400 F or possibly Gas Mark 6 for 20 min.
  3. NOTES : A delicious fruit and nut stuffing for poultry.
