Cuban Mango Salsa
- 1 cup Mango, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cups Red Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 8 ounces, weight Black Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- Chop mango, red bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.
- Combine in a large bowl, add black beans, and pour lime juice and lemon juice over everything.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or longer to get the maximum flavor.
- Serve with grilled tilapia, salmon or chicken.
