Cuban Mango Salsa

  1. Chop mango, red bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.
  2. Combine in a large bowl, add black beans, and pour lime juice and lemon juice over everything.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or longer to get the maximum flavor.
  5. Serve with grilled tilapia, salmon or chicken.
