Sausage Rice Stuffing Recipe
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1.
- Prepare rice.
- Boil water, add in rice, stir, bring to a boil, stir, lower heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till all water has been absorbed.

- Cook sausage till browned, breaking apart with a fork.
- Drain on paper towels.
- 3.
- Toss sausage, onion and pepper with rice.
- Place in casserole bowl.
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees or possibly use as stuffing for chicken or possibly turkey.
