Sausage Rice Stuffing Recipe

  2. Prepare rice.
  3. Boil water, add in rice, stir, bring to a boil, stir, lower heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till all water has been absorbed.

  5. Cook sausage till browned, breaking apart with a fork.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. 3.
  8. Toss sausage, onion and pepper with rice.
  9. Place in casserole bowl.
  10. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees or possibly use as stuffing for chicken or possibly turkey.
