Stimulate Your Appetite Eggplant and Tuna Spicy Miso Stir Fry

  1. These are the eggplants I used.
  2. Usually they come in a pack of 5 small ones.
  3. I bought the tuna can in a pack of 4 because it's cheaper in bulk.
  4. Mix the ingredients.
  5. I used Doubanjiang spicy bean paste in liquid form.
  6. Wash the eggplants well and cut into small pieces.
  7. Use as is without soaking in water.
  8. Pour the contents of the tuna can, oil and all, into a pan and fry the eggplant.
  9. Add more oil if necessary.
  10. When the eggplant is cooked through, add the combined ingredients.
  11. Coat the eggplant and drizzle sesame oil.
  12. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle white sesame seeds and chopped leek, and it's done.
