Seafood Mess Recipe

  1. Mix the cream of shrimp into the lowfat sour cream and add in the seasonings.
  2. Mix the seafood into the "mess" and spread over cooked saffron rice that has been spread in 13x9x2 pan.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 min.
  4. Check to see which seafood is cooked.
