Baked Shrimp Rangoon Appetizers
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced, divided
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (4 oz.) baby shrimp, rinsed Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 24 won ton wrappers
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- onions.
- Combine remaining onions with next 5 ingredients.
- Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrapper over rim of cup.
- Fill with shrimp mixture.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until edges of wrappers are golden brown and filling is heated through.
- Top with reserved onions.
