BBQ Chicken Ranch Pizza
- 1 container Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust (13 Ounce Tube)
- 1/2 cups Weber Real Molasses BBQ Sauce (plus Extra For Basting)
- 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing
- Salt, Pepper And Garlic Powder, To Taste
- 2 cups Italian Shredded Cheese
- 3 whole Seasoned, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese Shreds
- 1/2 cups Cherry Tomato Halves
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Unroll tube of pizza crust and press into a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
- I used my bar pan from Pampered Chef!
- Spread BBQ sauce and ranch dressing on unbaked crust leaving a border around the edge then sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- Top with 2 cups Italian cheese.
- On a medium heat grill, cook seasoned chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side (or until done; cook time depends on thickness).
- Remove chicken from pan to a cutting board.
- Cube chicken, and place on top of the Italian cheese layer.
- Next, sprinkle with green onions, colby jack cheese and tomato halves.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is baked.
