Strawberry Kefir Smoothie

• 12 cup kefir
• 1 cup halved strawberry
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
• 3 -4 ice cubes

1. Place all in blender.
2. Blend well.
3. Serve.
