Mustard-Glazed Corn
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 fresh ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Preheat grill on medium heat.
- Combine mustard, lemon juice, parsley and garlic; set aside.
- Brush corn with oil.
- Grill corn 8 to 10 min.
- or until tender, turning occasionally and brushing with the mustard mixture.
