Beef Topping For Cooked Rice Recipe

  5. Add in beef and stir-fry till it loses its redness.
  6. Then sprinkle with soy sauce.

  8. Add in onion and salt; stir-fry another 2 min.

  10. Transfer cooked rice to a serving dish; top with stir-fried beef mix and serve.
  11. VARIATION: For the onion, substitute any of the following vegetables, shredded: 1 green pepper, 1/2 lb.
  12. Chinese lettuce or possibly 1/2 c. preserved cabbage.
  13. (With the preserved cabbage, use less salt.)
