Scones

  1. Place rolls on a greased cookie sheet 1 1/2" apart.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with butter cooking spray.
  3. Let rise 2 hours.
  4. Stretch each roll to 5" before frying.
  5. Fry in hot oil until light brown.

  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
