Kinpira-style Chikuwa and Maitake Mushroom
- 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 2 Chikuwa
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 dash Chinese Chicken stock powder
- 1 Black sesame
- Separate the mushrooms, and cut the chikuwa into 1 cm rings.
- Coat a pan with oil, quickly saute the ingredients from Step 1, and temporarily remove it from the heat.
- Add to Step 2, put it back onto the heat, mix it all together, and then add in the black toasted sesame while crushing it with your fingers, then it is done.
