Zingy VEGEMITE Scrolls

  1. PROCESS the flour and butter in a food processor until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  2. Add enough milk to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead gently on a lightly floured surface and then roll to form a 40cm x 25cm rectangle.
  4. SPREAD the VEGEMITE over the dough, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce then sprinkle over 3/4 of the cheese and the spring onions.
  5. Roll up along the long side to enclose the cheese.
  6. Cut 10 x 4cm pieces from the roll and place close together, cut side up on a greased baking tray.
  7. SPRINKLE with the remaining cheese and bake in a very hot 220C oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and golden.
