Double Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello lowfat milk chocolate or possibly chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 4 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1 (6 ounce.) Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust

- Thoroughly blend lowfat milk and ice cream in bowl.
- Add in pie filling mix.
- Beat at lowest speed of mixer for 1 minute.

- Mix in chocolate.
- Pour immediately into crust.
- Freeze till hard (4 hrs or possibly overnight).
- Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
- Store in freezer.
